JILL STRATTON KELLY
Jill works in most variations of etching, including drypoint, photopolymer and collagraph, as well as in monotypes. Her background in science leads her to enjoy both the technical and experimental aspects of printmaking. Having travelled extensively in Australia, Jill finds inspiration in the Australian landscape generally, and especially in how it is affected by the brilliant light of this country. Her recent works have explored pattern and texture in the natural environment.
